The Creative Wellness Workshop is a series guided by Makala Aayana, where art meets mindfulness. Hosted alongside The Slim Creative, these workshops are the perfect event for beginners and seasoned creatives alike. In this wellness workshop, we will dive into 3 creative practices: creating friendship bracelets, painting watercolor postcards, and designing mindfulness journals. During our event, we encourage our guests to mingle and connect and use the time as a way to nurture mental and emotional well-being through creativity. This event invites you to explore three creative practices:

• Friendship Bracelets: craft symbolic bracelets with beads, strings, and charms to keep for yourself or gift to a loved one.

• Watercolor Postcards: paint and write reflective postcards to open at a later date or to send to someone.

• DIY Mindfulness Journals: design and personalize your own mindfulness journal and discover how journaling can enhance your mental clarity and emotional wellness.
